I just wanted to say thank you Impact Floors and especially Greg who has been very flexible and accommodating with all the changes that we have needed to make because of other tradespeople. I have had to deal with many tradespeople over the last few months who have caused a considerable amount of stress and disappointment, however, I have found your company to be really good to deal with in regards to customer service, timelines, and communications. I was apprehensive after the journey I have had with others but I was totally impressed when I got home and saw the excellent job that had been done on my unit. Thanks and Kind regards Jon
