Our Process

Step 1 - Visit our flooring showroom

Often the number of choices available can be overwhelming, that’s why we encourage you to pop into our Maroochydore flooring showroom to view, feel and experience all the flooring options we offer. Photos and brochures can often look completely different from the real product. We have a well-stocked showroom with more than 1000 samples on display from reputed suppliers like Preference Floors, Premium, Quest, and many more.

Visiting our local store will help you see and feel the different materials available and visualise how they will look in your home and our friendly staff will be there to guide you through the entire process.

Step 2 - Product selection guidance

Our friendly staff will speak to you about your needs, preferences, and lifestyle to help come to the perfect solution suitable for your requirements. We will ask questions like:

What is your budget?
What is your family size? Do you have an office, is it for business? Do you have pets or children? With this info, we will be able to determine the wear and tear of the product and recommend the material best suited for your family.
What look would you like to achieve? If you have pictures saved from Pinterest or Instagram, we will be happy to help to select a product to match your design preferences.
What flooring materials do you prefer? - timber, vinyl, carpet or hybrid vinyl
Which area of the home is the flooring to be installed in?
How soon would you like the installation to be done?
Are you renovating your home or is it a new build?
What’s your sub floor - concrete or timber?
Are you thinking of installing over tiles or will you be removing the tiles?
What style is your home and what are your colour preferences?

Step 3 - Take Samples Home

We encourage you to take full-sized samples of different products to visualise how the flooring will look in your home. Things like lighting, paint colours, and surrounding furniture and fittings can make the product appear very different in your house. You may want to come back into our showroom and take more samples and we encourage you to try as many samples as you wish until you find the right for you.

Step 4 - Site Inspection and Custom Measure

Our flooring specialist will visit your home and do a FREE measure for the areas where flooring is required. We will check the site thoroughly ensuring the selected product is right for your home taking into consideration factors like humidity, subfloor level, wet areas, etc.

Step 5 - Quote

Once you have finalised the product and the custom measure is done, we will provide you with a quote for your chosen flooring product.

Step 6 - Order The Product

Before we get started on the next phase, we require a signed quote approval and an initial deposit. We will take care of all the ordering and installation requirements and provide you with a timeframe for the laying of the floor to minimize disruption.

Step 7 - Installation

Our quality flooring installers will complete the installation at a time and day best suited to you.

Step 8 - Completion

We pride ourselves on quality installation and workmanship. And we will ensure you are completely satisfied with our services at the time of the handover.

We also provide full support after the installation so if there is an issue, our warranty will protect your new flooring.
